Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) in obese individuals is linked to urinary peptide differences. Capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) may help characterize these profiles in obese populations with OSA.

- Urinary proteomic profile differences suggest a potential role for CE-MS in characterizing obese populations with OSA.
- Further research may elucidate the role of identified peptides in OSA pathophysiology.
