Concomitant metastatic lung tumor and hamartoma

Summary

A rectal cancer patient with lung nodules had one diagnosed as benign hamartoma and the other as metastasis. Surgical removal (pulmonary metastasectomy) led to a disease-free outcome 4 years later.
