[Maxillary antrum mucocele. Comments on 3 cases]

After presenting 3 cases of maxillary sinus mucocele, met with all along 22 years, the authors bring forth some etiopathogenic, clinic and radiologic considerations, shown through the data in literature. They underline the complex, polymorphic, uncharacteristic radiological and clinical aspect. The exploratory puncture is of real help for a precise diagnosis, in this case, and is easy to perform. The treatment is always surgical, without excluding the possibility of a recurrence if the cyst caul has not been completely removed.
