Morcellized Omental Transfer for Severe HIV Facial Wasting

This study presents a novel technique using mechanically morcellized omental fat for facial reconstruction in patients with severe lipoatrophy. This safe and effective method restores facial volume when subcutaneous fat is unavailable.
