The solute carrier family 15 member 4 (Slc15a4) transporter is crucial for Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) signaling and antibody IgG2c isotype switching. Feeble mice lacking Slc15a4 show impaired IgG2c production after CpG-adjuvanted vaccination.
