Management of malignant bowel obstruction with decompression tubes

Purpose of the Study:

• To evaluate the efficacy of small intestinal decompression and enteral nutrition versus nasogastric decompression and parenteral nutrition in patients with malignant lower bowel obstruction.
• To compare key clinical outcomes including weight change, protein indicators, and complication rates between the two management strategies.

• A comparative study involving 60 patients with malignant lower bowel obstruction, divided into two groups (n=30 each).
