Effect of a multi-lead PCA approach on modified moving average method for T-wave alternans detection

This study introduces a novel multi-lead principal component analysis (PCA) approach to enhance T-wave alternans (TWA) detection for sudden cardiac death prediction. The improved method shows higher accuracy and lower error rates compared to existing techniques.
