Summary

Dual-energy-window scatter correction (DEW-SC) is feasible for cadmium-zinc-telluride (CZT) cardiac cameras, producing results comparable to conventional SPECT cameras. This technique accurately corrects myocardial perfusion images without introducing significant bias.
