Abstract:
The Mixed Lymphocyte Culture is an important criterion for the donor-receptor-selection in case of the bone marrow transplantation. In this connection inactive patient cells acting only as stimulator cells but not reacting per se have a special relevance (one-way-stimulation). Cytarabin as inactivator and its reactions and reaction conditions are described. A comparison is rendered with Mitomycin C.
