Vibration exercise as a warm-up modality for deadlift power output

Vibration exercise (VbX) did not enhance deadlift power output compared to a deadlift-specific warm-up or control. Muscle potentiation was similar across all warm-up types, suggesting VbX offers no ergogenic advantage for resistance exercise performance.
