Methods And Results:
A complex psychodynamic approach (OPD-2) takes into account motivational aspects - psychological functioning - the drug and the consequences. Multiaxial aspects are necessary. The system is described.
Conclusions:
A psychodynamic cycle of addiction enables different therapy steps.
