This observation details a Becker nevus on the right neck, extending to the ear. This case highlights the anatomical distribution of this common melanocytic nevus.

Becker nevus is a benign melanocytic nevus.
It commonly presents on the upper trunk and shoulders.

Observation:

A case of Becker nevus on the right side of the neck is presented.

No other significant dermatological findings were noted in this concise report.
