Background:

Polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP), or pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy, is a common dermatosis during gestation.
PEP predominantly affects first-time mothers and those with multiple fetuses.

Both cases exhibited typical clinical and histological characteristics of PEP.
