Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the effectiveness of tailored rehabilitation programs for balance disorders in MS patients.
  • To compare the outcomes of personalized (PRG) versus traditional (TRG) rehabilitation approaches.
  • To investigate rehabilitation based on specific visual (VIS), somatosensory (PROP), and vestibular (VEST) deficits.

  • Thirty-two MS patients were assessed using the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CDP) composite score (CS), and Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS).
  • CDP analysis identified individual VIS, PROP, or VEST deficits.
  • Patients were randomized into personalized rehabilitation group (PRG) or traditional rehabilitation group (TRG).
