- RLS is highly prevalent in PPS and significantly worsens fatigue and HRQoL.
- These findings suggest potential neuroinflammatory or neuroanatomical links between RLS and PPS.
- Further research into shared mechanisms and targeted interventions for RLS in PPS is warranted.
