Type A dissection and fistula to right atrium after aortic valve replacement

A 73-year-old man with aortic valve issues developed heart failure due to aortic dissection and stenosis. Surgeons discovered and repaired an aortic fistula to the right atrium during aortic valve and ascending aorta replacement.
