Implant-borne restorations are a recognized treatment for edentulous patients.
Advancements in implant surface technology enable placement into fresh extraction sockets.

This case report details the placement of three bicortical screw (BCS) implants into fresh extraction sockets.
One KOS implant was placed in an edentulous area using a flapless technique.
All implants were immediately loaded and monitored for six months.

The study demonstrates the successful placement and immediate loading of dental implants in fresh extraction sockets.
