Patients with relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) may receive high-dose therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation (HDT/ASCT) after chemotherapy. While improving progression-free survival, HDT/ASCT was not shown to improve overall survival in randomized trials.
