Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Acid-induced thrombocytopenia

Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid likely caused thrombocytopenia (low platelets) in a young male presenting with bruising. Corticosteroids were used for treatment, and platelet counts improved post-discharge.
