A rare case of central nervous system tuberculosis

This case report details an extremely rare intracranial abscess caused by central nervous system tuberculosis (CNS TB) in an elderly male without HIV. Diagnosis was confirmed via acid-fast bacilli cultures, despite initial negative tests.
