Background:

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disease characterized by non-caseating granulomas.
Splenic involvement in sarcoidosis is uncommon, and primary splenic sarcoidosis is exceptionally rare.

A case of primary splenic sarcoidosis is presented.
