Summary

Robotically assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (RaLRP) is a viable option for prostate cancer, even with rare ureteral anomalies. This case demonstrates successful RaLRP in a patient with complete left ureteral duplication and ectopic ureter insertion.
