Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy: initial experience on 27 consecutive patients

Robot-assisted radical cystectomy using the da Vinci Surgical System is a safe and effective procedure for bladder cancer. This study shows it achieves satisfying oncological and functional outcomes, including continence and erectile function, within acceptable timeframes.
