Hydrolysate from eggshell membrane ameliorates intestinal inflammation in mice

Eggshell membrane hydro lysate (AL-PS) shows anti-inflammatory effects for inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). AL-PS reduced key inflammatory markers in vitro and in vivo, suggesting its potential as a novel therapeutic target.
