Delayed diffuse lamellar keratitis (DLK) after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) can occur months post-surgery. Intensive steroid treatment and interface washout may resolve this rare LASIK complication.

- Confocal microscopy can provide insights into the cellular-level changes in delayed DLK.
- Prompt and intensive treatment is crucial to prevent visual impairment from delayed DLK after LASIK.
