The Journal of Nursing Administration
|May 1, 1979
Abstract:
A nursing department project director can play a central role in coordinating and directing nursing participation in construction and remodeling and in various departmental projects such as planning and development of new systems and programs. The author tells how she first assumed the project director role for the purpose of facilitating patient care unit construction, expansion and remodeling, and describes additional tasks that can justify the position in the nursing personnel budget.
