Recurrent PRDM10 gene fusions in undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma

New gene fusions involving PRDM10 were discovered in undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS). These PRDM10 fusions may indicate a distinct, potentially low-grade subset of UPS with a lower risk of metastasis.
