Background:

Cataract surgery is a common procedure globally.
Understanding ocular biometry, including axial length, is crucial for surgical planning and outcomes.
Variations in axial length can exist based on demographics.

Purpose of the Study:

To determine the mean axial length and biometric measures in patients undergoing cataract surgery.
To compare axial length variability between genders and with increasing age.
