Cardiac endothelial cell-derived exosomes induce specific regulatory B cells

Cardiac endothelial cell-derived exosomes induce regulatory B cells with immune suppressor functions. These exosomes activate transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) via integrin αvβ6, suppressing effector T cell proliferation.
