Purpose of the Study:

  • To describe wide-field fluorescein angiography findings in the peripheral retina of eyes diagnosed with childhood glaucoma.

  • Retrospective analysis of wide-field fluorescein angiography in 12 patients with childhood glaucoma.
  • Inclusion of various types of childhood glaucoma, including primary congenital glaucoma.

  • Peripheral retinal nonperfusion was the most common finding (91%).

  • Further research is necessary to elucidate the significance and long-term implications of these vascular changes.
