Interictal cerebral and systemic endothelial dysfunction in patients with migraine: a case-control study

Migraine patients show impaired cerebral endothelial function in posterior circulation, despite normal systemic function. This dysfunction, measured by Breath Holding Index, was prevalent in the posterior cerebral and basilar arteries.
