Cervicothoracic intradural spinal lipoma without dyraphism diagnosed postpartum

A rare intradural spinal lipoma was diagnosed in a postpartum patient presenting with leg weakness. Prompt evaluation led to subtotal resection and an excellent prognosis, highlighting the importance of considering unusual diagnoses.
