Novel polyacetylenes from Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt

Two novel polyacetylene compounds were isolated from Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. These compounds, along with known ones, were tested for anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory effects, showing only weak activity.
