Computed tomography scanogram compared to long leg radiograph for determining axial knee alignment

Supine computed tomography scanogram (CTS) is a reliable tool for measuring knee alignment but not accurate. It should not replace weight-bearing long leg radiographs (LLR) for assessing mechanical or anatomical knee axes.

- CTS should not replace LLR for measuring mechanical or anatomical knee axes.
