This case study highlights how (99m)Technetium-methylene diphosphonate bone scintigraphy (BS) can reveal multiple pathologies. The scan identified skull base osteomyelitis, lung uptake due to hypercalcemia, and vertebral involvement from Pott's spine in one patient.
