Background:

A 52-year-old male with a history of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, treated with resection and ileal conduit, presented with hemoptysis.
This clinical scenario prompted an investigation into potential causes of the respiratory symptoms.

Observation:

Rigid bronchoscopy revealed an endobronchial lesion.
The lesion was successfully removed using laser and debulking techniques without immediate complications.

Findings:

Histopathologic examination confirmed the endobronchial lesion to be a benign glomus tumor.
This represents the 34th reported glomus tumor of the respiratory tract and the seventh endobronchial glomus tumor treated bronchoscopically.
