Background:

Primary angiosarcoma of the spleen is an exceptionally rare vascular neoplasm.
It is recognized as the most common non-hematolymphoid malignant tumor affecting the spleen.

Observation:

This report focuses on a 48-year-old male patient diagnosed with primary splenic angiosarcoma.
The case presented exhibited local invasion into the adjacent left diaphragm.

Findings:

The study details the radiological imaging findings associated with this rare splenic cancer.
These findings aid in the diagnosis and understanding of splenic angiosarcoma presentation.
