[Maxillofacial surgery for clefts]

This paper makes a wide review of the pathology that affects clefts, where maxillofacial surgery plays a very important role in the rehabilitation of these patients. Here we will analyse the alveolar ridge repair orthodontic and orthognathic surgery of sequelae, and the use of halogenic grafts, bone integrated, for the filling of clefts.
