Summary

Jaw tracking technique (JTT) in dynamic intensity-modulated radiotherapy (d-IMRT) significantly reduces whole-body and lung doses compared to static jaw technique (SJT). JTT also offers superior sparing of organs at risk (OARs), proving clinically advantageous.
