MRI defaecography in patients with faecal incontinence

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) defaecography shows pelvic floor disorders in faecal incontinence (FI). However, MRI agreement with clinical examination is poor, except for anterior rectocoele, indicating limited diagnostic value for FI assessment.
