Dietary Yeasts Reduce Inflammation in Central Nerve System via Microflora

Dietary yeast, Candida kefyr, may benefit multiple sclerosis (MS) by altering gut bacteria. This yeast increased beneficial regulatory T cells and decreased harmful Th17 cells, improving the animal model of MS.
