    Summary

    This study quantifies the distribution of arachnoid trabeculae and vasculature in the pia-arachnoid complex (PAC). Findings reveal significant regional variability, suggesting areas of mechanical weakness that may increase susceptibility to hemorrhage during traumatic brain injury (TBI).
