GLI1, CTNNB1 and NOTCH1 protein expression in a thymic epithelial malignancy tissue microarray

Conclusions:
- There is no evidence of preferential expression of GLI1, NOTCH1, or CTNNB1 in thymic epithelial tumors compared to benign thymus.
- High-throughput immunofluorescence with AQUA technology can effectively analyze protein expression in thymic tumors.
- This method helps overcome challenges posed by small sample sizes and tissue heterogeneity in rare tumor studies.
