Background:

Splenic cysts are rare, particularly during pregnancy.
Pregnancy can present unique challenges for managing non-obstetric conditions.

Observation:

A 13-cm splenic cyst was identified during the patient's first pregnancy.
The patient experienced mild thrombocytopenia, attributed to the splenic cyst.

Findings:

Despite the splenic cyst and associated thrombocytopenia, the patient achieved an uncomplicated vaginal delivery.
Conservative management strategies were likely employed, allowing for a successful birth.

Implications:

This case underscores that splenic cysts, even large ones, may not necessitate intervention during pregnancy.
