Portland cement versus MTA as a root-end filling material. A pilot study.

Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and Portland cement both effectively treat periradicular lesions after endodontic surgery. Both materials demonstrated successful periradicular tissue regeneration and bone formation in clinical and CT assessments.
