Fat grafting is an effective technique to correct specific deformities of the breast following reconstruction; however, results are plagued by thin mastectomy skin flaps. In this study, the authors describe and evaluate their experience with total envelope fat grafting to restore thickness to the entire skin envelope during two-stage implant-based breast reconstruction.
