Choroidal vascular hyperpermeability and punctate hyperfluorescent spot in choroidal neovascularization

Choroidal vascular hyperpermeability and punctate hyperfluorescent spots are common in exudative AMD and PCV but rare in RAP and myopic CNV. These findings may share a common cause, possibly related to compromised choroidal perfusion.
