Summary

Very high b-value computed diffusion-weighted imaging (cDWI) enhances contrast for prostate cancer detection compared to standard apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps. This improved contrast leads to better tumor conspicuity in high-grade prostate cancer imaging.
