Multidetector cardiac tomography: a useful tool before cardiac resynchronization therapy

- MDCT is a highly accurate and non-invasive method for depicting the CS and its tributaries.
- MDCT can be effectively utilized as a pre-procedural tool for planning CRT lead placement.
- The findings support MDCT as a valuable alternative to conventional venography.
