Lifestyle modification increases serum testosterone level and decrease central blood pressure in overweight and obese

Lifestyle changes significantly lowered central systolic blood pressure and increased testosterone levels in overweight and obese men. Higher testosterone may help reduce blood pressure in these individuals.
